We have prepared bakery and meals for our dogs for 16 years and went public 4 years ago. We are believers and practioners of healthy, holistic living for us and our dogs. Our ingredients are fresh, organic and USA sourced. Our containers are USA sourced, using recycled materials. We steam our meats and poultry, use free range poultry, eggs, bison, grind our own peanut butter. We use no grain flours.
We will not offer anything until it has been tested and approved by all of us. The food products we offer are created or modified by a Culinary Institute graduate and Executive Chef. Our working belief is if humans will not eat it, the dogs don't eat it!
We use alternative practices with our dogs, such as homeopathy, aromatherapy, crystal healing, reiki, stone therapy, massage, chakra healing, essential oils and flower essence.

We reserve the right to research any company who expresses a desire to place our products in their locations. Any person, location or business who is found to misrepresent themselves, business or why they want to place our products, is not complying to our standards, or attempting reproduction of our products. logo, trademarks, or we feel is not a true, holistic fit, may be subject to our attorneys inquiries.
Shipping Policy
We do NOT ship on Fridays and Saturdays. We bake fresh, so please allow 2 - 3 business days to prepare, bake and ship your order. At time of shipping you will receive an email via the email address on record with tracking information. Our shipping days are Monday - Thursday via USPS Priority Mail. Redi-Meals are shipped Fed Ex Overnight - Special Packaging. Client pays exact shipping costs and will receive an email to the email address on record with shipping and tracking information.
Other shipping arrangements can be made at time of order.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our bakery products, (perishable), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If you have an issue with any bakery product, please contact us.
Privacy
Any and all personal information collected on this website via order transactions, newsletter sign-ups, Bow-Wow Barkday Club, comments, form submissions, service appointments, etc. are not sold or rented. We use the information only for the purpose to notify our clients of sales, new products, services, events, orders, appointment issues/changes. and/or for the purpose the client signed up for originally.
